Studio

At DesignPhase Studio, we believe architecture is fundamentally a service to our clients, shaped by an understanding of their aspirations, ambitions and the opportunities inherent in each project. We create places, experiences and ways of living across multiple scales, from the urban structure of a neighbourhood or destination to the spatial qualities of an interior and the refinement of an individual object.

Our approach is design-led, technically rigorous and commercially informed. We combine international standards of architectural design, design management and technical delivery with the personal commitment and responsiveness of a boutique practice. This integrated approach allows us to remain closely engaged with our clients, safeguarding design intent and quality throughout every stage of a project’s development.

Drawing on extensive international and regional experience, our work is grounded in a considered understanding of place, context, culture and the people who inhabit the environments we create. We seek architectural solutions that are distinctive in character, coherent in their design expression and responsive to the particular conditions of each commission.

From the earliest stages, we work collaboratively with our clients, bringing together creative exploration, technical expertise and commercial awareness to identify opportunities, challenge conventions and develop solutions that are both ambitious and deliverable. Our responsibility extends beyond responding to a brief. It is to help define, articulate and realise the full potential of what each project can become.

Our expertise extends across residential, development, hospitality, tall buildings sectors and beyond. Our services extend across the full design and construction stages—from feasibility, planning and early concept through design development, technical delivery and construction supervision. We remain engaged through site monitoring and handover, protecting the original design intent and ensuring each project is delivered with the quality and attention to detail envisioned from the outset.
